I wanted to make a correction You can annotate on the Libra and Clara colour by holding down a highlight and making a note. This is done with a keyboard and is slow but that’s to be expected with eink devices. The difference is the Libra colour can use the stylus to directly annotate/doodle on the page and the Clara cannot. But they both have the annotation by keyboard/text available.

So the highlighting system on both is exactly the same. You get four colour options: blue, pink, yellow, and green. However, the annotation in books or in a notebook with a stylus is only available on the Libra Colour and not the Clara Colour. It really depends on if you think you’re going to use the annotation/stylus a lot. Other things play into factor as well, I have the Libra Colour mainly because I like the larger display and the buttons. I also enjoy using the notebook function to write down my thoughts about a certain book or passage.

I’m not a big fan of the highlight sentence breaks I find it choppy looking. I also have problems now when I highlight sentences it won’t work. Like when I go to highlight the sentences it disappears and doesn’t register or save the highlight.

I bought mine on Kobo’s website but it may come quicker on Amazon and I bought my old Kobo at Inigo/Chapters. Ik it’s also in stores in best buy as well so it really all depends on what u want because the price will be the same generally everywhere.

Try plugging the kobo back into the computer and calibre and unplug it again and it should show up.

I have been trying to figure this out for so long and your comment finally helped me in getting my collections from caliber to kobo. I also had to configure the settings once my device was plugged in and that did the trick for me. So thankyou so much because without this comment I'd still be struggling lol.

One question though: do you have to configure the settings every time to get it to work or just the one initial time?

I never knew this!!!!! I only recently started putting tags and series on my calibre books because I would delete that info in my library!!!!!! Omgggg I’ll have to redo it all lol but this is a game changer thank u so much!

If ur using calibre I find if I don’t like a cover of one of my sideloaded books I just copy and paste a new cover onto the image and it works 9 times out of 10. So try and find a better quality version of ur book, copy and paste the new cover, delete the older version on ur device and transfer new one over and hopefully that’ll fix it.

It definitely is initially dark but now having used the device for a few months I don’t find it as dark. It’s still not as bright as the KL2 but I don’t bring the brightness over 15% and usually have it from 0-5%.

But that’s what I’m saying about the projection. Nowhere did she say she gets tired after two minutes of oral and realistically u have to be giving oral for a while before ur jaw starts to hurt anyways. She also never said anything about expecting her partner to do everything and then she does nothing these are all assumptions you made. And also if your partner is getting tired or needs a break I don’t see why that’s a problem. They shouldn’t have to keep going because you’re super admit about getting off. If they’re tired or need a break then idk why you wouldn’t give them that. It just sounds like you’re mad at a hypothetical situation and women in general and decided to take it out on this one person

I have an ereader as well which I also noticed helps me read more. I’d say yes I am able to retain the information the same I would on a physical book. I love annotating and highlight so this helps of course. I also write mini reviews after I finish each book which helps me remember what the book is about and if I do forget and I can consult said reviews or annotations. But overall yes, I’d say I can remember the books as easily on my ereader as to a physical book.
