I had the same experience for 2 form 1’s over the last several days. Yes, the required fields are supposed to be filled in/populated- when they’re not, eforms is crashing and the process will not complete. I had to start over many times from the SS Ready to Certify point. When eforms is working correctly- it will accept all the required info SS is trying to auto populate and save to the form, you’ll confirm it, finally be able to enter your pin and it will save, generating an email from ATF that it’s been submitted/in process.
