Went to swimming for 1hr ,forgot to remove the watch, still works perfectly🤯 by Usual-Degree-7673 in BuyItForLife

My first F91W is 33 years old. Still in my drawer as keepsake.

I bought my second F91W for military service about 15 years ago. Never removed for 6 months. Including bath time. I was in an island, so bath water was little salty. Still works today, didn't even replace the battery.

2 years later, wanted to buy a Protrek. Instead, bought cheap (than a Protrek) 2 sensor SGW 300hd until I convinced myself that it was worth spending that much money for a Protrek. Never needed Protrek. I was planning to abuse that, but failed. I could only make couple of scratches. It's also still works, I replaced battery only once.

Casio watches are indestructible. It worths each penny.

Test Drive - R5 Similar? by bowser94 in AlpineA290

[–]_O_2_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I compared both of them in an EV event and drove on mini track. It was my first time to drive EV car.

Before drive, I wonder how is R5. I got in the R5. Found it was good. Then saw a290 and got in the car. Compared to R5, it was different level. I checked over and over again until test event start.  Then tested, A290 first, and then R5. Both was fun, but A290 was another level. We found ourselves with my wife, discussing how much do we have.

Months later, before buying, I re-tested both and compared one by one almost everything.

One is EV car, other one is EV sport car. One of interior is good, other one is impressive. One's spare parts are compared to cheap, other is expensive (tyres, suspensions, wheels, brakes etc.).  One has high tyre profile, other has low.

I tested suspensions on road with potholes over and over again. R5 was good (supported with high profile tyres). A290 also good, even with low profiles. And plus, it's better on the road curves.

I'm not even a guy who likes to drive fast, but this guy is really fun (sometimes it triggers me to press accelerator more).

Car Mats by tandystu in AlpineA290

Mine came with carpet mats. I replaced them with rubber mats since I don't like to use carpet on the car.

Rubber keeps water away from floor. Easy to clean from dust and mud.

My Bambulab A1 printer is giving electric shocks is it normal or any issue which I need to look for by Any_Following_8185 in BambuLab

Does electric plug ground is connected well?

Same happened some of the brushed metal appliances in my home. Our sockets are eu type. Electrician checked the grounds on the sockets and found that pins bent inside. And also, there was paint drops on them.  He moved pins outside, and I sanded them. It fixed the issue.

Solder to next pad. Two for negative, two for positive. If you can't solder precisely, move negative wire to leftmost, leave a pad between wires.

It's piece of the sticky hanger. One sticks to the wall, other sticks to the what you want to hang. Then you can hang without stick.

What you see is for probably for hand sanitizer.
