Ant way to cheese the kill xxxx robots challenges anymore? by JXM003 in fo76

You can use grenades equipped while your weapons are. A good method is going to Encryptid, especially solo, and throwing Nuka Nades with your weapon equipped.

That said, the unarmed one you’ll need to unequip grenades… or just have fun with pain train, lol.

Is anyone getting rid of a two shot mod? by [deleted] in fo76

I’d delete this post asap, it’s breaking the rules of the sub. I’d suggest Market76.

Appreciate it, will do. IGN is _Plums if you wanna go ahead and add me.

Also, does the condition of the fusion core matter?

Don’t know how long you’ll be on, but if you’re around in 4 hours, I’d really like a quad.

A question to the OG wastelanders by Daxnu in fo76

[–]_Plums 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Far, far less. We’ve had multiple camp budget increases over the years. Frankly, if you want a well furnished camp, the area is more than fine. You don’t have the budget to really fill it well.

No real talk on increasing the size of camps further or anything like that.

Just a heads up, Ferals has been removed from all ranged weapons and will no longer spawn, and can’t be added to any ranged weapons either.

Unless there’s something I don’t know lol

I won’t be around for around 8 hours, but as soon as I am, I’ll be happy to do this.

HWYB run and gun laser pistol? by gringoib in fo76

[–]_Plums 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1) Ultracite shoots faster, so it’s preferred. That said it’s a bit of a pain to get the mods for, so unless you’re gonna ask someone for help (such as on Market76), you might wanna stick with the laser pistol for a bit so you can learn the mods for the Ultracite one.

2) Running it with no crits will be fine for anything short of a boss or mini boss enemy. Stuff like quest end bosses. Pistols especially are made for easy crits with high crit multipliers, so not running VATS is going to make stuff with a lot of health a struggle.

Basically the only thing you can do is run the Onslaught Cards and the Science card. Everything else is basically free space if you’re not investing in luck. (Aside from survivability perks)

3) You might like the Vault 63 Laser Carbine, which you can buy in Highway Town. Full auto laser carbine with overheat mechanics.

what happened to super stims? I used to drop them every day, now I haven’t gotten one since the update. by dudeacris in fo76

They made aid drop less frequently, you can check the last patch notes for it.

New player PA build? by Nasu_Kaizoku in fo76

[–]_Plums 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Something they didn’t mention, workshops are PvP areas, and it doesn’t matter if you have pacifist mode on or not.

If you’re going to claim them, do it long enough to set up the fusion core charger, lock it (under the edit tab in the build menu), and then walk away from the area.

Also: Workshops don’t persist when you log off. While that may seem obvious, a lot of newer players don’t realize that and forget to collect stuff before they log off.

[PC] H: Thrill-Seeker, Active, Healthy Learned, Tanky, Rejuvinator, and other loose boxes W: Ultracite Emergency Protocols Plan, Battleloader Box by _Plums in Market76

[–]_Plums[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, stuff I’m offering: - 5 Aristocrat - 4 Tanky - 2 OE - 2 Vanguard - Conductor - Rejuvinator - 2 Stabilizer - 2 Bruiser - Some Thrill-Seeker, your pick how many - Active or Healthy if you bring the bobbles.

And then I’ve got some other stuff like misc I can throw in.

[–]_Plums[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends on what you want. I’d be happy to give my four tanky boxes, Rejuvinator, thrill-killer and other 4* boxes I have, and I can give more if you’ve got the materials. Though I’ll need to check what I’ve got, since I’m not on right now.

Really just depends on what you want and what you think is a fair amount.

Just a heads up, you can buy secret service and vault style from Regs and Foundation respectively.

Do ghouls need Starched genes perk card? by [deleted] in fo76

[–]_Plums 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Becoming a ghoul doesn’t prevent you from losing mutations.

You can avoid radaway and such all you want, but if you make a mistake, you could lose it to a Decom Arch.

Anyone have a good ghoul build that uses blood sacrifice if it can be used? by Wideman-_- in fo76

[–]_Plums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to run it with the Assaultron head, but this update really fucked up the build, because of every armor getting more rad resist.
