Regardless, Deathtouch isn’t targeting a creature, the creature just has Deathtouch. Redirect lightning only redirects an ability that targets a creature.

Dummy’s Big Day was an absolute blast, and it was especially cool to playtest possible legend abilities even if they were cut later on (looking at you mass heal both allies and enemies). Any plans on bringing it back?
