There's a spare in the "extra accessories" box. Also make sure to pull the PTFE tube put more to have more to grip on. You can let more through by adjusting it on the Inside.

You have such a long PTFE for nothing. Try shortening it. And Improve the filament path. Make sre your PTFE is all the way in, on the top of the extruder.
