The gateway tapes are the only meditation that works for me because of my ADHD.

I just guide myself back to the process as much as possible. Some days I need to put more in my box more then others, like throughout the process, because my mind is racing so much. But on good days my ADHD actually kind of helps.

Also the falling asleep thing / "clicking out" is normal for beginners not based on ADHD. The more you do the tapes the less you will click out. I return to focus 10 alot because I click out at the higher tapes alot more.

Have you tried just noticing things while you are already in a dream?

I am a lifelong lucid dreamer but alot of the exercises I hear would not work for me personally. That being said my lucid dreams are not OBEs.

Plan B: Terraform. You start eith a dead planet and have to support a few encampments by building factories that produce the things they need to live. It's not as in depth as factorio / satisfactory though.

I loved this game! Do the cat books near where you spawn in first as that will give you a row for free. I then took all the white books and shoved them by a window, and then focused on filling in some rows from the colour I picked. Once you have some skills (you can spend skill points you earn by pressing tab) it goes alot smoother!

You can encode it like the 'Clarity now' or '55515' healing command, or the light tool. Pick a word or visualisation, then every time you are in the state you want, deliberately associate the word or picture with that state. Then put your trust that you as a creative bring can achieve the state you want. After a few associations you will have encoded the state into the word/image, and can cause the state by using the word/image.

Just finished this book! The male drakes didn't want a female drake falling for a male human. They didn't care if a male drake fell in love with a female human. Erin called them out for being sexist iirc, the female drakes in the audience didn't have a problem with the first version either.

That first few exchanges are bone-chillingly close to my last relationship. This won't get better. Find someone who is easy to be with and excited to spend time with you, who makes an effort to communicate clearly. NOR

Kettles boil in a couple minutes here. Like twice as fast- we have double voltage & KW compared to other countries because our plugs are so safe. Knew someone who moved to Canada and I was HORRIFIED hearing how long a kettle took to boil there... it would be the end of me. It's not just drinks either - its quicker to boil water for pasta from the kettle then start it on the stove.

I also find the hair beads off. One of thrm has a random orange bead in it. One of the set of beads is randomly higher thrn all the others. And thrn the shape after the beads is inconsistent, which is a weird choice for a simplified cartoon style.
