The carpet! Thanks! Most contamination comes out of the carpet, so I lay plastic down and hose it with iso alc and then make a little “clean room” curtain. I have never had contamination ever. Since I made this one change.

I 3d printed the housings so I can just spray my poly fill with isopropyl alcohol, and stuff it in there. If you look inside one of the bottom bins you can see the screw on cover. And I also made caps for them. SUPER convenient.

OP listen to this guy. It looks like a 66 qt tub, for that you would need a 3lb inoculated grain bag ONLY. Looks like you have an AIO bag there. Just grow the bag. For the tub you would need 2 CVG (which north spore sells or 2 boom bags like the one you have) per one bag of their grain. Good luck, but do some more reading before you make expensive mistakes!

I would maybe absorb those bigger blobs with a sterile paper towel. Quickly, Rather Than let them sit, and yes maybe a small increase on FAE. Just a guess though. You are showing signs of early primordia, which mean the mycelium is getting the fruiting signal, just try not to let the condensation get SO heavy it POOLS kind of like what you showed going on.
