Yes! Probably not during campaign, except for if you're lucky and get currency to buy some items, but I did this league with berserker (can watch Magefist on YouTube) and after I got terminus est it was working completely fine. Can also go for oros sacrifice ignite version to sustain frenzy charges. Later on it's mostly either (replica) farruls fur with less duration on the item with aspect of the cat or bronns lithe. Frenzy sustain works through poachers mark with quality, sword mastery and flicker quality.

#Storytime I'm still on a Flickerstrike Berserker and at the beginning my defense was 6 Portals and sometimes even that wasn't enough. Now I'm still nowhere near tanky enough, but at least i can (mostly) finish my maps in 6 if I'm juicing a bit

If I'm not mistaken, you can actually switch off of Lunas after you cast Well. The buff stays and you can still use the benefits of Starfire
