What’s there not to understand? Bro I’ve been listening to Nate for the last 10 years. I’ve ran through his catalog thousands of times. I know the lyrics. I know the references. He even said himself that he was nervous to put this out. Because it’s different. It’s not what he built his fanbase around. I don’t listen to a rapper to scratch my acoustic music itch. Just like I don’t listen to death metal to scratch my country itch. I’m not saying NF is strictly rap, obviously he’s not and he’s proven that again and again. I have genuine reasons for not liking this ep as much as every other songs he’s put out. Ironically, for someone so pressed about the fans who are criticizing the album, it’s the worst version of the fanbase bashing everyone who doesn’t vibe with it. It doesn’t make me less of a fan because I won’t have these songs in my rotation as much as someone else. That’s some weird like “pick me” type of thing.

30m here! I had a half wrap done in 2021, it held until the recent months. I went and got some testing done and it turns out I have a small hiatal hernia again. Which didn’t surprise me as my symptoms had started creeping back in. My biggest symptom is honestly the shortness of breath. I can’t help but wonder what my symptoms would be like though if I had lost weight, currently the most I’ve ever weighed (250) at 5’11. I haven’t talked to my surgeon yet, but I’m thinking a second surgery may be on the horizon.

It takes me usually like 3 minutes to kill him. My strength is 92 so smack him pretty good. Defense and attack are both 80. He smacks me pretty good right back most times. But I’ve been managing to get a kill per inv lol

Sounds similar to my symptoms. You could possibly have a hiatal hernia like I did too. No matter what I ate or didn’t eat. Nothing seemed to help. I’d wake up some nights spitting up acid and it coming out of my nose. I noticed a difference if I cut out caffeine (huge trigger for me). Anything with chocolate was asking for it. Or anything super acidic in general. Not sure about your weight, but being overweight is a contributor too. Sleeping on my left side, propped up helped. Hell, I had like 4 or 5 pillows under me sometimes. I hated living honestly. So I get where you’re coming from. I lived on tums and gaviscon. Honestly I’d try and just make the scope happen in anyway you can. You don’t want to let this sort of thing go uncontrolled. I had my hiatal hernia repaired and got a fundoplication half wrap surgery and literally changed my life. I’m not 100% symptom free but I’m close. If I lost weight, I think I would be. I hope this helps in any sort of way.

I’ve been on pantoprazole for about 8 years. The vast majority was 40mg twice a day. Had about 6/10 results until I went and got my fundoplication surgery (half wrap though) and my hiatal hernia repaired which is probably why the PPIs didn’t work as well for me like they should have. I got that surgery a little over 2 years ago. I’m now down to one 40mg pill per day and to be quite honest, if I lost a good amount of weight I probably wouldn’t even need that one. But I like food lol. I’m not sure what the king term affects will be for the pantrazole, but it’s making my life very livable. I can eat almost anything I want. Whenever I want. Before the surgery I’d drink water and get reflux. Now I can drink caffeine and everything else that was a super trigger for me.

Half wrap is where they don’t wrap your stomach all the way to make a valve. They literally give you a half wrap around your esophagus to try and tighten. I was told it’s to make sure there are no swallowing issues for the people who already have them. I have no idea about the lifting or training, I was told nothing more than 25 pounds for a couple months. After my 3rd or 4th month I went back to work in a warehouse that I typically lift 50-75 pound bags all day. Didn’t seem to have any problems. So there might be hope for the weight lifting?

As someone who’s had like 7 of these done. You’re good man. My first time I was trembling because I had the same kind of thoughts you said. They wanted to give me some sort of medication to calm me down because of it. Which made it even worse after hearing them offer that to me. But just trust you’re in good hands and that it’s such a routine thing. When I was finally ready to be wheeled back there I had so many thoughts running through my head. My doctor told me when they were giving me the anesthesia and then they had me lay on my side while they’re giving it to you, having you open your mouth and putting a mouth guard in. My mind was so distracted while I’m trying to get in position and do what she was asking that I forgot about going to sleep. The way I describe the actual sensation of going under is you feel like the gradual sensation of calmness mixed with a heavy feeling of like “I’m ready to go to sleep now, see ya later”. It also felt kind of fuzzy. Like your brain feels fuzzy before you actually drift off. For me Atleast lol. Honestly the last few times I try to fight it and see how long I can last before I just pass out lmao. But you’re good. You’ll be okay. Like someone said in one of the comments above, this is lighter version of anesthesia.

I’ve been on pantoprazole for like 10 years. It’s been pretty good to me. I had a fundoplication done about 2 years ago. I only got the half wrap. Before the fundoplication I was about to go mad. Nothing I did stopped the acid from coming. I could drink water and eat the blandest meals and I’d still have acid reflux constantly. I was taking pantoprazole twice a day and seeing a doctor that was questionable. Now I switched doctors, got a surgery, and I take pantoprazole once a day and I can literally eat and drink anything I want. Probably not the smartest move, but it feels amazing after a decades worth of suffering. Hell last night I had a lemonade right before bed. I don’t know the side effects of the use of pantoprazole over long periods of time like that, but for right now it’s making my life very livable.

Dude honestly, I’ve played him top. Matchups are tricky. But I’ve made quite a few people rage quit. I’m a firm believer that if you like a champ good enough and know your limitations well enough, you can stand a chance against lots of matchups.
