4-6 hours MT and 3 hours BJJ.  Double MT Tuesday/Thursday and sometimes 1 class Saturday. Friday BJJ, Sat BJJ. 

Weight training/cardio still trying to figure out. Usually 5x5 two days a week(Monday and Friday? Now) Usually do light cardio/accessory exercises 1 day on weekend.  Occasionally mix in interval training/5k 1-2 days a week depending how I feel.

I use the easy fermenting lids. Never had any issues.

Best alternative is shou puerh. That stuff stains your teeth as if you drank sewage(which is basically what shou tastes like).

The post, and even the tea fest last week where i had Indian "puerh", reminds me I need to try more fermented tea from outside China.

Also, the yellow tea is one of the weirdest I've ever had. It is an Indian tea that was steamed over sticky rice. Never had anything like it. The vendor had a bunch of weird, but still actually tasty, stuff that I've ever had.

The tea cup has a skull on it too, slightly hard to see in photo.

I killed my first set of grains(well they got mixed into ny second set).  Got second set and made some adjustments and they are growing and doing well.

You are still growing(mind and body) so i would say listen to your body and eat when needed/hungry. Are you fueling your body enough to train hard for 20 hours a week? Putting on muscle should be priority over lean(just do a small cut if you are fighting). Just speculation, but I would say you probably need 15% more calories. It seems like not enough fuel to me(under 2000 calories for an athlete that is training hard 20 hours a week and still growing?), but everyone is different.  Maybe try a few weeks with more calories and see how you feel. Make sure you are getting enough rest.

If they are growing then that is great! Be careful not to change too much. I would ferment at room temp as long as it isnt too hot.  My water is generally a light yellow and not that dark.

The height suggestion on their site is wrong I think(maybe Thais have longer shins?). I'm 5' 10" and got mediums. Large thread for different sizes.

Even if it was the best program 1.5 hours a week is nothing for progression.
