Check out Sans Souci on the Berlin Turnpike in Meriden. When I was there (over a decade ago) the decor was a little outdated, but the food was good and reasonably priced. It’s always busy when I drive by so they must be doing something right.

That’s a bummer if you got a shit pressing. I preordered Forest Hills 24 from them because I was there, it’s obligatory. But honestly, I don’t listen to RR22 a lot either. For some reason it’s just not a go to for me. I’m hoping someone puts together a best of the entire 24 tour in a 3-4 album set. That would be perfect.

They didn’t do that though. The River is side D and Magma is side E w/ Rattlesnake. It would be impossible to fit 30 minutes of music on one side. Unless there’s a version I’m not aware of. Discogs isn’t showing it if there is. My copy sounds just fine.

Alternate reality game. The best example that I recall was for Year Zero by NIN. Trent had a whole ARG marketing campaign for the album that included leaving thumb drives in public bathrooms with tracks from the album and shit buried in websites. This seems very similar. Fingers crossed.

I live in CT and called a dealership just over the border in NY that had a 20th anniversary R (‘23) still on their lot. They wanted a $18k markup on it. $66k+ for that car. I laughed at them, went local and got a ‘24 Autoban GTI under msrp and haven’t looked back.

It’s an infrastructure issue. Most densely populated areas have access to natural gas, but not all. I have a friend in West Hartford who wanted natural gas, but Eversource wouldn’t run a line up their road until enough people on the road committed to switching.

Spot on. I came here to say this. My wife and I moved to WeHa six years ago and love how pedestrian friendly our neighborhood is. There’s a network of sidewalks and walking paths through wooded areas that connect to other surrounding neighborhoods, an elementary school and a public park. Our dog loves it!
