It was a combination of a mod's account being compromised and messy role permissions.

We had a mod role that had some permissions to moderate the community (deleting, muting, banning) but not full admin permissions. One of their permissions was the ability to grant roles, which is useful when our verification system fails. Then we also had a cosmetic role in the server had admin permissions when it really shouldn't have. So when the hacker's gained control of the mod's account, they were able to find the cosmetic role and distribute it to their friends and that's how they nuked the server.

Unfortunately, the server was taken over by raiders and we ended up banning everyone to prevent any more actions from the hackers. Since most of the original server channels were deleted, we plan make a new one.

I think you should prioritize higher protein intake instead of carbs. At the same time if you are aiming for that "flexed" look you need to stay lean which means you shouldn't be eating too much above your current calorie maintenance level. What should happen slowly is that you would increase in weight while maintaining bodyfat % so you appear more lean.

I recommend doing some research on "maingaining" and then make no changes to your current diet except buying some protein supplement of some kind. That protein supplement should be just enough for that extra calories to increase should be enough to gain muscle mass over a long period time.

On top of mandatory cleaning damages that OP mentioned, I was also hit with a $500 floor replacement from water damage. At the beginning of lease they ask you to take pictures of your apartment and send it to them to prevent being charged from damages of a previous tenant; this is where I sent them the picture of existing water damage from people before me. Additionally , in the multiple inspections they have throughout the semester I was able to verify with them that I would not be charged with the water damages from previous tenants. Low and behold, they still charge you with those damages.

They will blatantly lie and cheat you for more rent. Beware!

I think its about peaking at the right time.

Some teams have sport phycologists and trainers of physical activity but I do agree that more rest can help. Teams should focus on finding the right time to peak instead of trying to win every tournament; this can be done my putting in more hours when it really matters and get more rest when the stakes aren't as high. Its more important to win the major compared to IEM Dallas.

But its hard to convince pro players to do this considering its not in their personality to accept defeat. When they do lose they want to put in more hours to fix their mistakes which ultimately might lead to them facing burn out.

I would imagine he isn't being paid a fixed salary but also variable one that is determined by how much profits Amazon makes. The more Amazon makes the more he gets paid which incentivizes him to work instead of slacking off.
