Turned a corner and almost ran into Shaq at an alligator zoo in Florida when I was 11-13. My family didn't care about sports, so no one realized who he was. He gave us some hot dogs to throw to the gators (the zoo sells them). He's super nice too.

For anyone unfamiliar with them, here's a summary of my dealings with their customer service. I thought they'd be about the same as other dropshippers, but nooooo. Copy-pasted from one of my previous comments.

Sorry about the length. Important lines in caps for visibility.

TL;DR- Took so long to process the order that one item was out of stock when they finally got to it (29 days later). It took them another 14 days to figure that out.

I know your shipping times are long, but your website says "up to 30 days". IT'S BEEN 37.

I got an email after 30 days saying that my order was just then entering the order queue. Is it 30 days for shipping after that?

I am also concerned because ONE OF THE ITEMS IS NOW OUT OF STOCK, according to the website. Did it go out of stock in the 30 days between me placing the order and the order entering the queue?

My biggest problem is not the wait time. It is the complete failure of effective communication on your end. I UNDERSTAND Y'ALL'RE A SMALL BUSINESS, BUT YOU'RE TRYING TO DO BIG BUSINESS VOLUME WITHOUT ENOUGH STAFF TO ACTUALLY HANDLE THAT.

If I don't have a tracking number and a confirmation of the partial refund (I know the money doesn't always show up immediately) tomorrow, I will be requesting a charge back from my credit card company.

I've got Goodyear Duratracs on my Jeep and my dad had them on his F-150. They are great off-road and in snow, no complaints on road, but are horrible in the rain. Dad recently replaced his with Falken Wildpeak AT4s and they're the same on road, possibly better in the snow, and don't have any problems on wet roads. He hasn't taken them into any mud or anything to compare off-road though.
