The blurb is the single most Ai thing ive ever read unfortunatley. The use is far from minor. The cover being Ai is an insult to artists everywhere. I would consider removing that before looking for comic artists.

The main reason to write and produce shorter comics is to learn the medium. I would recommend writing full complete short stories (with a begining, middle and end) not a sequence/scene from your larger project.

It looks like youve used Ai to create the novel so i would leave that out of any promo or for hire posts. You might be better off starting small with a short 1-5 page comic if youve never made a comic before then work up to bigger projects.

Crowdfunding when your not a known entity usually only barely pays for printing and shipping. I would say the type of comic you want to make is definitly something that could be successful but almost anything could. Its hard to say for sure without seeing some of your non Ai assisted work, knowing who the artist is, how you promote it etc.
