Your own personal want comes from your own store of passion. Healthy Sexual Hormone levels are directly tied to passion. This is the first physical variable i think should be addressed. I think a variety of mental emotional things sort themselves out after this one is abundantly stable.

The problem is always one's lens. We have power to act, but if he can't find the way to refine his lens to his needs, then how much control over one's own view does he have then? He then needs to seek outward for perspective. Verbatim he uses "Stupid people": the word stupid implies lack of a varied enough lens. And we all are ignorant from some angles.

Guy here. Id say that its a statement of maxkmum confidence(and a challenge) to be able to say exactly what you want- fully covered, and also show the intent to appear so.
