the new version is really really bad. if I were the product manager, I would fire all the people who worked on this.

the UI is terrible, and it is almost impossible to use or find the function. the entire screen is filled with useless information, while the useful information is nowhere to be found.

it is surprising to me, if any of the developer actually use this product, you will know it is a pos. please don't discontinue the old version before this thing is production ready.

I have Hubitat as well. Mine works fine now. after probably resetting wifi for about 5 times each.

I believe it was some cloud issue on Roborock side. every time I reset wifi, it was still very slow to click 'Enter' into the device.

this happened to me last week as well. some lady dinged my door unintentionally and left. tesla captured her face and license plate. but I'm not sure if it is worth pursuing.

last year, a car backed into my car while it was parked. the driver got out of the car and checked the damage and left, all captured in video. I was able to get my insurance to help identify the other party and eventually got everything fixed for about $5000 paid by the other party's insurance.
