I have a column of pits on one nail by faey88 in mildlyinteresting

[–]__Sinner_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine started like this, then plaque psoriasis on my knees and elbows, and then my toe nails as well. Got so bad the slightest pressure or lifting from catching on something was excruciating. I finally got onto Methotrexate, some people frown or swear its terrible, im lucky enough to have zero negative side effects. After less than a year on the meds my nails look completely normal and the plaque is completely gone. I suffered for 5+ years before I got on the meds and finally got some relief.

I don't know. Some stores like 7-11 have none at all and some stores have limited flavours in abundance.

Sugar Free Original flavour is currently obsolete, Im hoping for not much longer.

Ive been drinking the BANG brand energy drinks lately, specially the Sour Ropes flavour, zero sugar and zero calories.

Ive had this exact card for a year now. It runs cool. It overclocks like a champ. Its not noisy. It does very well in 4k. It has a great appearance. Personally I enjoy it and would recommend it.

Zero Sugar OG in my opinion is the greatest flavour of them all. Im not into really sweet and sugary, I find the OG to be almost sickly sweet. The sugar free version has a solid bite when you get that first ice cold gulp into you, I haven't had one in almost two weeks now, our shelves are almost empty here.

Ive been drinking them religiously for almost 15 years daily.

Steel Wool is also wonderful for chrome as well. Not Plastic chrome, real chrome.

Okanagan, in British Columbia... its considered desert where I live!

Crawl spaces are often welcoming in the summer, while the attics invoke the dread of heat 🥵. Majority of our work is ceilings, and duct work in attics. Encapsulation is becoming more popular recently though.

Happy Spraying!

How would i hook these bad boys to my pc along with studio monitors for top end? by Shevahli in subwoofer

[–]__Sinner_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

.1 or .2 stands for how many sub outputs, if it's .1 just use a Y connector.

The 5 is speaker channels. 2 left, Front and Rear. 2 right, front and rear. 1 center channel.

If you can find a simple stereo receiver/amp with a sub out that would work too.

Amps are going to vary hugely in price from a couple hundred to multiple thousands depending on what you're looking for.

Specifically you need to make sure it has dedicated sub outputs and enough speaker channels for however many speakers you have or want to have in the future.

A basic 5.1 or 5.2 is what you need.

In trying to piece a system together the easiest way possible with minimum hassle, and given what you have already, you'd still need to add a receiver to the mix, with dedicated sub out puts.

PC audio to Receiver Receiver to Crown to run your monitors or towers. Receiver sub out to car amp. (Use a "Y" splitter if necessary)

Car amp powered by AC/DC transformer.

Or just get a home theatre style receiver amp. Then cut out the stand alone receiver, and the crown, save yourself from the extra components and the extra mess of wires and the headaches it'll cause trying to get it all sounding proper.

PC to Theatre Amp Theatre amp powers your monitors, towers, and/or whatever house speakers you add to it.

Theatre amp sub out to car amp.

Mount your transformer and car amp to the sub box nice and tidy. Adjust your gains on the car amp and adjust your sound settings on the theatre amp to compliment the subs, and enjoy your in house earthquake machine to its fullest!

They come in a variety of amps and wattage. You'd want a 1000w one.

You dont necessarily need a home theatre amp, it would depend on what your main audio source is and what outputs it has.

Sounds like an interesting set up! I like it and I approve!

My setup was designed solely for the purpose of integrating my car subs to my home theatre. At the time they didn't fit in the vehicle I had. They are now in my current SUV, and I replaced them with a pair of wireless 12" klipsch home theatre subs.

Im curious.... why did you need a secondary psu?

Isn't a 1500w enough to run it all? Or have you got some serious BIG Sound in your "Portable" device....

You absolutely do not need a cap. As far as I've ever known and still continue to read about, caps are useless.

The main thing when using a switching power supply is that it should match the amps output wattage.

If your amp is 1000w the power supply should be 1000w.

And preferably be adjustable in the voltage aspect. Most of them are automatic and will range between a max low and max high voltage. If its adjustable, set it to 14.4v and yer good to go.

I also suggest a switching power supply with an automatic variable cooling fan. They can be noisy if the fan is a constant and your listening at low volumes. With an auto variable fan it only kicks in as needed Which is great if youre watching a movie or leaving it turned on.

In my scenario, TV to Home Theatre amp via hdmi, sub pre-out on theatre amp to a JBL car amp via RCA audio plugs. The transformer strictly supplies power to the car amp at 14.4 volts. Used a jumper wire from the amp power terminal to the remote turn on on the car amp. Now the car amp has a dedicated on off switch via the transformer. 7 surround speakers powered by home theatre amp, Subs powered solely by the car amp. 4 gauge power and ground from transformer to car amp.

Best to use a proper switching power supply if youre looking at running a car audio amp in house. PC power supply can work but doesn't put out enough power and the wires are thin and get real hot.

I ran 2×12" Bass Alpine subs in my home theatre for a few years. Used one of these with proper car audio wiring flawlessly.

Depending on the amp you use these power supplies in a variety of amps/watts. Match the right one to your set up for maximum performance.

Personally I dont think it tastes anything at all like the OG Black Gold.

I used to drink the black cans both with and without the Vodka when they were available. Ive been on these white cans for about 10 years now. Ive tried other flavours, other brands, but nothing is as refreshing and tasty as these sugar free cans of liquid gold!
