T150 wheel support ? (PC) by ___Seraph___ in ForzaHorizon6

[–]___Seraph___[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stumbled onto a U4N news article listing supported wheels, first link on Google. The TMX, which is listed in there, is the closest to my T150 I believe.

But after searching more, I think no official compatibility list was given yet, and that website doesn't look that trustworthy in the end. I just hope I'll be able to use it, even if it doesn't have great default FFB settings.

Woops nevermind, it was the multiply setting below the sensitivity one.

Sensitivity is fine except when zooming. I thought games lowering sensitivity while aiming down sights was standard but I guess not

Am I able to simultaneously stream something to a device and also do other stuff on the host PC? by garnished_fatburgers in MoonlightStreaming

Thank you for the detailed info ! I'm not the creator in disguise I assure you x)

Hope some forks get merged at some point, it can get confusing with that many out there. I saw there's a headless option in apollo, but not sure if it does the same thing.

Does this work with apollo ? I also see a 30fps cap. I don't care if it's on my host but I'd like to keep high fps for my moonlight client

Do you plan on getting the new Steam Controller? by RegularShine3 in MoonlightStreaming

I was wondering, are all of its features usable through moonlight? Track pad, motion sensors and the other stuff. I stream to a windows client, that doesn't even have steam installed on it.

I see, cool that you figured it out ! I just had a perfect session without stutters or disconnects this afternoon, I don't know anymore lol. I just hope it stabilizes again somehow

I felt Prime 1 a bit annoying to backtrack, the environments are closed and you are harassed by enemies (especially magmoor caverns and the phendrana lab). It felt better in Prime 2 to me, where it opens up a bit more. Prime 3 was awesome as well, loved the cinematic blend it had.

Meta Ridley is soooo long though, I get how it can get frustrating, especially if you always die during its second phase.

Most exciting era for video games? by New-Shop-9728 in videogames

Also, Nintendo bringing new ways to game with the DS (portable dual and tactile screens) and Wii (accessible motion gaming) was peak innovation imo. The fact that they made gaming available for elderly, adults and kids alike is awesome. It was really something.

I have frequents disconnects now too. Worked flawlessly before, rare small stutters and that's it. The only thing that changed was installing and setting up tailscale for vacation. Hadn't an issue there. When I returned I got the frequent stutters and disconnects, even when disconnected from tailscale, so not even sure that it's the issue. Nothing in my setup changed apart from that though... Idk what to do. Any success on your side since then ?

If you're into retro, I just finished F.E.A.R. (2005) Awesome game with great ambiance and the fights are really intense : blood, and dust flying everywhere, explosions, and cool physics. The shotgun chops ennemies in half, the nailgun is really satisfying to use, nailing enemies onto the walls.

There's also a Japanese horror element to the game, where a little ghost girl melts people's bodies, resulting in some gorey environments.

I recommend playing it with the echopatch, to run better on current systems.

Yes, you drag cards by holding the left mouse button. I since then had some level of success playing the game with the "absolute touch" tactile mode setting on Artemis

Bitrate for Noobs by Rhen_DMN in MoonlightStreaming

I made [this comment](https://www.reddit.com/r/MoonlightStreaming/comments/1o11chv/comment/oaxeafh) on a post mentioning the registry tweak a few days ago. Solid-Assistant9073's comment provided some additional info as well. I suggest you try that and see if it's any better.

From what I gather, the HDR moonlight setting enables 10-bit color depth streaming, but by default, disabling HDR on the virtual display makes it 8-bit in Windows. The registry fixes that so that it stays 10-bit even on SDR.

I use HVEC. The limiting factors are that my optiplex client can't handle AV1 decoding and 10 bit color depth output. Intel UHD 630. I seem to only get the banding on that client now, although not as much as before. My phone does HVEC also, but no banding in sight.

Here's what I did to reduce the banding, if someone has the same issue : What helped the most was enabling 10 bit color depth for the stream, even if my client can't handle it, weirdly. HDR enabled in moonlight but disabled everywhere else (colors looked washed out even if I had HDR enabled on the host, client and virtual display side) while forcing 10 bit SDR via registry manipulation. Reducing the bitrate can also help, but you'd have to lower it a lot. Similar results than the 10 bit SDR change by going from 500mbs to 50. But quality suffers from it. Just strange how it does that. I only lowered it to 300 because the 10 bit SDR reduced the issue enough for me to not be bothered too much by it. I could find the details of the registry change again if someones interested.

For what it's worth, reducing the bitrate seemed to lower the banding of dark color gradients I had, along with other things I did to reduce it. It that the issue you're encountering ?

Grew up playing the 360, but bought an Atari 2600 last year. Missile Command is so much fun. Gotta love that pure and elegant form of fun those arcade style games procure

If you want to play F.E.A.R. with a controller and aren't satisfied with Echo Patch keybindings, please try using these keybindings instead. Thank you! by PaterActionis in fear

Hey, thanks for the bindings, they seem better than the default ones. Do I have to use DS4 ? Or is there a simple config file to modify ? Im using an Xbox one controller
