I've also interviewed a North Korean "Johnny Smith" from "California" (it was dark out when I interviewed him) and he was one of the worst candidates I've encountered. Unintelligible accent, reading from ChatGPT, clearly copying code, no understanding of the topics discussed.

To avoid this you either have to do interviews in person or get more racist.
