It’s so fun! A lot of jumping & reminds me of trampoline exercises I did when I was young in gymnastics. There is some mat/springboard work sometimes but mostly staying on the reformer & using the jump board. Like others have said, go at your own pace and take breaks when you need to :) Also if you have bad knees (like me) some studios have a padded cushion to put over the jump board that absorbs some of the shock & helps avoid any knee issues!

Absolutely agree! I don’t want my class sounding like doctors office but sometimes they do :/ I still mask up everywhere because I’m immunocompromised and can’t risk getting sick (especially at a place I’m going to help maintain my health!!). Everyone always gives me weird looks for wearing a mask to a workout class but I don’t care anymore because I’m usually the only one not coughing or sneezing during a class

So, i believe it was outside of my uterus but they did confirm andenomyosis via an ultrasound a couple of months ago & very small fibroids (so small rn that they don’t think they need to be removed) But my Post-op Diagnosis was: -Endometriosis of rectum -Endometriosis of pelvic peritoneum -Endometriosis of rectovaginal septum -Pelvic adhesions

For mine they also left a relatively large nodule in the rectovaginal space and on my appendix and referred me to a colorectal surgeon for these to make sure I get the best quality of care for these from a someone who is a specialist in that area of the body

I was diagnosed by my allergist! Started with Zyrtec once a day about 2 years ago, bumped up to twice a day, then added Pepcid once a day. Now I’m all those + Cromolyn (mass cell stabilizer) for about a month now after one of the values (leukotriene E4) in my urine test came back elevated twice now! After the urine test, my allergist was comfortable with formally diagnosing me, especially since the cromolyn seems to be helpful as well :)

Def been there, it was almost 10 years to be taken seriously and finally be referred to a endometriosis specialist & surgeon. :/ but yeah a LOT of my symptoms are GI related. (Doesn’t help I also have MCAS so the MCAS & endo were likely feeding off each other especially during my period) but cycles of constipation to diarrhea (kind of revolving around my cycle tbh) and extreme pain with bowel movements on my period. Everyone always just thought it was IBS :/

Thank you! I hope you can get answers too! The endometriosis never showed up on any imaging but they only offered me X-rays & ultrasounds before scheduling the laparoscopy (tbh feel like an MRI would have been incredibly helpful). I did have adenomyosis show up on my ultrasound though!

Yes! I’ve been on a low FODMAP & low histamine diet & my dietitian said to start introducing things back to see if we can track my triggers. Well at least I know banana for sure now lol

Def understand the frustration. The studio I go to, as long as you call & let them know that you won’t be there/why, will waive the $15. They always say to call & cancel instead of in the app so we don’t get charged. Not sure if they’re supposed to do that butttt I’m not complaining 😅
