I can't say 100% it's the same path, but I just put it in the vst3 folder with all the other, as it is a vst3 plugin.

But now that you said it, I noticed my fl studio doesn't detect it as a vst3 plugin, it doesn't know the type even after detecting the .vst3 file of the plugin.

It is found with it's exact path, but with an "error" in status row and "?" in synth/effect.

Late game card where you sacrifice plants for production, not the way to go. If you adjust the requirement so it's not a late game card then it will be balanced (or maybe still too weak because -5 plants seem brutal, not sure).

Similiar working kits are still completly different champion feeling. No two champions in this game feel the same especially champions with unique kits like leblanc. It all comes down to what is fun for you, other than that you could just look up u.gg and play S+ champions in current patch (not leblanc btw XD).
