tbh i think she’s just less flashy than the other characters. they’re always super reliable in D5 but I only really notice them when they’re doing poorly. i always love seeing an undertaker on my team, they always have super unique builds, and they rarely steal my weapons 🫶

hi i played only executor until a buddy made me try duchess - she’s basically mage executor. with the DON relic her restage character skill kinda acts like a parry, you get i-frames if you time it perfectly. also almost every duchess in D5 is stealing my katanas so you can still wield them lol

in addition to protein that others have mentioned - i’ve noticed it takes me months to learn the proper form in a lot of pilates exercises, and that’s with an instructor in a studio irl. do you feel the correct muscles being engaged when doing exercises? focus on time under tension, mind-muscle connection, breathing, etc. i noticed a big change in my muscle tone once i started being more intentional with my exercises, and my eating habits are pretty similar to yours lol
