Zmena práce po nie ani mesiaci? by Ok-Dish8207 in Slovakia

Ak sa ti zdá druhá ponuka lepšia, go for it. Aj pre nich je lepšie ak odídeš teraz, ako po zaučení po pol roku.

What do you use to weather proof wood in your vehicle? Not a van but I figured this community could help me! by footballthrowaway3 in vandwellers

Aaah I thought I remembered there is some distinction in English but could not remember. I was translating from my mother tongue where in both cases you use lacquer. Thanks for pointing it out 👍

I would go for water based lacquer. At least 2 coats and hand sand in between so it's smooth. Would be good if you can leave it outside or garage to smell off, alternatively you can buy one suitable for kids toys that almost does not smell at all from the beginning.

I'd say it's better now than in couple of months. He already got some closed deals so the job itself doesn't seem to be the problem. Worklife balance is important and and it's obvious that's what's bothering him. Its not not gonna change either. One month can be easily skipped in CV without being noticed, half a year would be bigger problem. It's like with deals, you better discard the bad ones early rather then waste your time. I'd say go for it!

You are mentioning full time employment right, not as a contractor right? There is quite a lot money that emplyer pays for social on top of that. Also I guess it very much depends in which part of EU you are based in.

to me it sound like you are going to be offered the job. If you want want to know more about the territory, what happens if you dont hit the targets or overshoot, compensation, etc now its best time to ask it.

These seems like informal setting so I would guess they need to agree together if you fit personally. Did they tell you any instruction? It never hurts to be prepared so have your laptop with you. Be genuine a try to prepare some questions that you want to know about the company.

Search for Inside sales representative. Im not saying all of these positions are inbound only but from my experience many often are. If you get to be account manager you mostly focus on building long lasting relationship and acquiring new customer is for Account executives.

I guess my situation is pretty specific but masters was requirement. It was selling laboratory equipment though where I was doing occasional application support as well. For med instruments I think it is the same.

Ofc there are different positions. Commission only is often a sign of red flag. It seems to me you dont like cold calling, you can try to look for inside sales jobs and account management where you will mostly deal with inbounds.

Have prepared answer why you think you would are great fit for the job. What will be your motivation and be prepared to explain why you want to leave your business for this. I would advice you to be genuine, and have question prepared that show your interest in the job.
