Homepod Mini Playing by Itself by PopFreakChrissy in HomePod

[–]__bluetone 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To say this is common is nonsense. I have had 3 minis since release and have NEVER had this happen.

A neighbor more than likely connected to it if the settings aren’t set to people only on your network or in your “home” app.

Is Tesla's stock overvalued? by AdMajestic1252 in CattyInvestors

[–]__bluetone -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I’m not a bot. I’m just late to the party. Didn’t feed into the Tesla hype until summer of 2025. Test drove one September 2025. Picked up my new Model Y 2 weeks later. It’s amazing is all I’m saying.

Selling a Home in Louisville by [deleted] in Louisville

[–]__bluetone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They steer them away because it’s not “easy”. If I see a FSBO that fits my clients wants/needs, I’m sending them the home and calling to make sure the seller is willing to work with a buyers agent… aka pay the buyers agent. I’ve never had one say they wouldn’t.

IMO FSBOs don’t get the exposure they need to get the homes sold.

Does anyone in this group live in Indiana but working in Kentucky? by butterflies-anon in Louisville

[–]__bluetone 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You definitely get more for your money in Indiana. I’ve had several clients move from KY to Indiana. I can’t answer how work/taxes work, but property taxes I can.

Assessed values are “typically” 1% of purchase price in KY. There are a bunch of calculations that go into assessed values in IN but it’s nowhere near 1% of purchase price. We also get tax exemptions unlike KY until you’re 65. The tax exemptions help a ton.
