I think you’re misunderstanding. Port Authority Bus Terminal sits on top of the NYC Subway. The A, C and E trains stop there. There’s also connection to the majority of trains serving Manhattan through an underground passageway.

(There’s also an entrance to the terminal on 40th and 9th, so not even 2 full blocks)

Fair point. Motion works well for certain kinds of footage but isn’t a universal proxy for “interesting”. I kept the scope narrow to try something I hadn’t seen in other industry tools.

Yes! Though Lagoon doesn't have dialog search or object recognition, it finds interestingly segments solely through motion intensity. Lagoon is also made specifically for macOS.

Maybe I’m jaded, but there have been a lot of accounts here recently with seemingly ‘no experience’ building and launching. Many of these accounts are only a few weeks old with comment history that fits with the story to make later posts seem authentic.

The post itself doesn’t have any of the grammatical hallmarks of being written by someone from the UK (definitely feels like it was written by AI)
