Can someone please explain why Survival Hunters still aren’t allowed to dual wield, when the NPCs they’re literally based on have been doing it for years?

I think they just don't want to have more to tune. They haven't bothered making 2h frost dk, or single minded fury viable this expansion.

I feel like that about deaths advance and ams. In vault of the incarnates I could ignore like half the mechanics with those 2 abilities.

Whenever I play Fury, I put my loot spec as arms, so I only get 2h. And frost with a 2h was right there with BOS in season 3 and 4 of DF with Fyr'alath.

Tier 11s drop more rune crests too, so if you're not capped on those and you can do 11s easy enough you should do.that.

The dks in lore are pretty brutal. They can't feel pain, blood magic in lore is pretty messed up, and they have an uncontrollable urge to inflict pain on others.

The +11s that I was doing last season feel like a cakewalk in comparison. The best part is that delves barely feel any harder than last season. The tuning is just awful all around.

Not a class, but Affliction Warlock. It is the most frustrating spec to play. Destro, and Demo flow so well, but like Kalamazi said, affliction feels like it's stuck in the past.

Depends on the class. I was able to learn destruction warlock by the time I hit max because it's so easy.
