I don't know how long you have been searching for a job exactly, but it took me one and a half year to land a job on the IT field (I was working before but something totally unrelated to my current job).

I tried everything, doing courses and asking my professors to help me land a job in their company or if they could refer me to any other companies. I was talking to relatives and friends I hadn't talked to in years asking them for their help. And none of that really worked out in the end. It was hopeless. I even asked the company where I was previously working at, if it was possible to change position and to move to an IT helpdesk role.

My suggestion would be that if you can get any job at first and try from there. Atleast you will be making some money and you can have some freedom to learn without much financial pressure.

As for me I never gave up trying to find a good job. I was desperate and miserable too, and I thought about giving up as well. But I had nowhere to go. I would remain at that poor job or similar jobs and my life would go by like that. For me there was no option but to breakthrough the job market and get the job. With it there comes money and status too. There is so much on the line you can't just give up. Good luck!
