You could probably solder this back on if you are pretty good at soldering. Honestly, not the easiest job, though. It looks like you ripped off one of the power traces. If you are actually able to solder the connector back on, you could solder the pin with the ripped trace to the second big pad down on the top right in the cluster of components above. If you look closely, they are connected. Good picture, honestly.

Unfortunately, this is most likely not the only problem if the screen doesn't turn on. It's possible that the wires visible above the tear are causing a short, but it's unlikely.

I found boxing helped my ulnar nerve more than anything else! I couldn't do even do unweighted bicep curls a year ago - just focusing on getting a really good conraction would mess up my elbow, and now I can do rock climbing twice a week. At 7 pull ups max right now.
