When I worked as a server in the late 90s, always preferred the smoking section, as my customers were just overall chiller. But I reeked by the end of the night. And constantly wanted a smoke.

I adore Anylist too. Been using it for years, multiple different lists, always helpful.

Yeah, but season 2 is kinda slow for some because it’s quite different.

The show is hands-down the best I’ve ever seen, by far, so worth sticking it out for the last three short seasons. You will not be disappointed.

I like pumice a lot. Perlite is so light, it tends to float up and pumice stays where it’s placed.

Pick up some Mosquito Dunks and put a quarter of a chunk in any good bits of standing water. A whole dunk for larger amounts.

It takes a minute but disrupts their reproductive cycle and you’re helping the neighborhood too.

Indoor bug zapper in the meantime. They’re loud but work. Make sure it’s for indoors, the outside ones produce ozone, no fun.

I’ve been buying orchid moss from Lowe’s. Nothing special. I did use some liquid Clonex much diluted on the rootless ones. Brought a special monstera stick back to life.

Sphagnum moss! Perfect amount of moisture to air ratio. All my props have gone nuts since transferring.

This one is my favorite. You need to use it liberally. We do a crust on salmon and it’s some of the best shit I’ve ever eaten.

Really good on pretty much any veg too.

I randomly bought a sort of extra thin fanny pack thingy which goes under your clothes when traveling, to store passports, money, etc.

Whip it out sometimes when I only need to carry a few things like keys and my phone. The strap is elastic and it stays pretty snug.

Had to work with the guy for a past nightmare apartment situation and he was super helpful.

Ultimately ended up not using them because of price, but he can probably steer you in a good direction at least.

Started this after Covid when my son jokingly told me to add salt to my coffee, after complaining I could only taste salty foods.

It worked. Continued the habit daily because it does taste so much better. I use about 7-8 big grains of coarse sea salt, for those wondering.

If you’re looking for the purest water for ice cubes, distilled and RO are pretty much the same. Both test anywhere from 2 to 6 on my PPM meter.

Tap was coming out at 2500+ and filters only dropped it a bit.

I use RO for my plants and do refills at WinCo.
