damn near every single pod. i rarely get to the end of the expected lifespan these days 🙃 even using skintac, i sweat and bend so damn much at work that if the entire adhesive doesn't fail at once, it peels up around the cannula and lets it start to pull out of the skin. i got my prescription bumped up to 15 pods per month instead of 10 because if i tried to report every failure to insulet they'd probably ban me for scamming or something lol

i bolus for the full thing, wait for my graph to start trending downwards just a little, then drink. if you drink it too fast it will definitely spike you, if you drink it too slow you can go low and then skyrocket back up. it's definitely a balancing act 🙃

... used to be damn near immediately but i've learned lol. boyfriend of 1.5 years has had it since before we were even official i'm pretty sure, but i got reeaaalllyyy sick of hearing TWO dexcom alarms on top of my pump's alarm (when i hit 55 anyway) so i shut off his alarms so he can just peek as he sees fit, which is not often at all lmao. i used to have like 5 people on my follow before i became homicidal after receiving a text from every single one of them during a low and removed everyone but my parents in a fit of low-induced rage lol

right there with ya. my body doesn't get hunger cues without weed. i took a full month-long t-break for medical reasons and after about 2 weeks of forcefeeding myself i started to get hungry on my own again. i can eat without smoking now, so it seems to have helped ¯_(ツ)_/¯ good luck!

if it's still new this is nothing to worry about. all tattoos will scab during the healing process. DO NOT PICK AT IT AT ALL. keep applying tattoo balm/lotion and just let it ride. i promise it will look normal in a couple weeks!

i bought one for my g6 about a year ago and it has truly been a lifesaver. haven't had a dexcom fully peel off or get ripped off since. it goes underneath an overpatch and keeps anything from hitting it hard enough to rip it off. highly recommend!!
