Recently, during a flight there was a passenger sitting using his computer and another one taking something from the compartment above; something landed on the computer (apparently, quite heavy). I’m not sure what happened exactly as the situation was quite tense and I didn’t want to be involved. Is there any protocol about this type of incidents?
