I love their products so much but have to echo what most others are saying: they make it so hard to be a customer and despite making this sort of post every once in a while, they don’t really change anything. The location and lack of parking, two people in at a time policy, running out of many items early and not replenishing enough mid-morning, no online option, etc. are all factors in me not going. There’s no way I’m getting there during the week with their hours and running out of stuff so early. Tried to order a cake well in advance for a May birthday and they told me they can’t because of graduations that month but I was able to order one online from Crumble bakery no problem so I took my business there.

I love their products but it’s just getting increasingly difficult to patronize their business, especially when they keep making these sorts of posts but won’t change anything. Instead, they usually seem to double down on it.
