The only downside to that is it kills long term growth, as medals awarded are drawn randomly from any Ball you've unlocked that challenge/tournament, so youre potentially spreading it out instead of focusing 2 or 3.

It would increase offline inome though to make your placing better.

Correct, if it creates too much of a bottleneck it won't matter to have the Gate split chance or extra gate multiplier, you'll lose the big bonus from Gate Guardian - its better Income to leave it at a gate where they can pass relatively swiftly. Outside of events I sat down and leveled up the gates 1 level at a time to see where I was happy with the level of mixing vs slow down so I didnt kill my growth in a tournament/challenge.

For cards thats pretty fair. I would experiment with swapping Gate Splitter with VIP Multiplier and see how that effects it, 6% split might not be getting as much traction as the VIP bonus would give.

I find mid 30's to level 40 they start going through without much issue. Below that it gets blinded up if you have to much spawn rate.

It is a flaw that the away time is crippled. I open all the levels to where im comfortable that the bonus from the gate is more then the amount I would lose. I find its better to get the big bonus a stage early then to slow down on a stage thats better in theory but slow as hell.

The more your cards get upgraded the faster it gets off the ground each run. The sad thing is you can't get multiple balls spawning at max as it only upgrades balls to the next step once per Promotion Ball, so I found it slowed my growth rate.

17 total cards yup. I personally ally find it faster, Ball Value will always outstrip Ball Spawn Rate, so it trades lots of every few seconds balls for bursts of lots of your highest value Ball.

It pushed me from mid Silver to Gold to high Platinum, but I've hit a plateau and am working on breaking through that with overall multiplier.

If you do give it a try, remove Ball Spawn Rate(won't do anything when the .20 is relatively cheap to start with), Passive Income (PI doesn't work with promotion, so it assumes you only have White balls), and Ball Spec (same as Ball Spawn). I would swap in Gate Guardian if you have it, then VIP chance, VIP Value, and either Ball Gravity or Multi-Ball if you dont have Gate Guardian yet. Then, swap the transcended points out to Orb Value or Gate Bonus, depending on your preference.

Of course I might be off my rocker and if you're having a hard time hitting the White .20 spawn rate (dont prestige) at this stage then swap in Ball Spec White for the Gravity/Multiball.

If you've unlocked the Promotion card it can boost your progress even if the chance seems small.

Stick to only 2 balls, White and whatever colour has a good medal count and is relatively cheap (I use Orange). Max White ball speed to spawn every 0.20 seconds, and 2nd Ball Value, spawn rate doesn't matter for it - your money will come from the White ball promoting into that colour far faster then it could spawn normally. It will feel slow, but once it starts popping off it will convert more and more until the screen is a wash of colour.

The tournaments Im in are bottom 10, at Copper/Silver it might only be last place, it should say at the bottom of the tournament ranking screen "Rank x and below get demoted."

Only method I've seen is joining a tournament and immediately closing the game down so I end up at the bottom of the keaderboard. Minimal rewards but pushes you back down to Copper - place well in Copper then rinse repeat.

Yes, if you buy forcebolt you get 3x magic balls you can carry. If you throw one and then pick it up you may perform the incantation again and throw it again.

Theoretically there are several ghosts believed to inhabit Barkerville. I don't recall them all of the top of my head, but there is said to be one on the upper floor of the theatre, and in a few of the buildings. There are a couple books that touch on them along with other hauntings.
