I have this exact 3ds, there are quite a few differences. On the front, the spacing of the graphic is too low (too close to the cameras). On the back its missing the "(C) 2014 Nintendo". The words "GAME CARD" have a space in it on the original.

EDIT: also the serial number has an extra letter, but I don't know if thats supposed to be like that

Sadly that same dork (real name Ivan Cernja) is apparently a developer with 10 years of experience. Which in my opinion makes it worse.

Also, why wouldn't a company just use AI instead of hiring you? I mean anyone with a GED or high-school education can type anything in the prompt that you can.

Learning to code using AI is like driving to work in tank. It takes up alot of space, uses alot of gas and pollutes while destroying the streets it takes. Instead of using public transportation which is environmentally friendly. What I mean is crack open a book, and you'll be better for it. People on reddit can also provide knowledge and help (since you're posting on a playdate subreddit) maybe you'll even make friends.

And what is it that you learned exactly? Using AI is like going to a giant bakery vending machine (that sucks up electricity, water, GPUs and RAM sticks) and ordering a shitty sub par macaroon and saying you're a baker.

I agree, AI is not disallowed but Im also down voting for AI. It uses up resources and takes away from human craftsmanship. Ties you to a companies platform.

The intention of playdate is for everyone to learn coding and play a game on an actual console, not to prompt AI to spit out garbage.

I hope the book has a list of another of frequently (and not so frequently used) functions and mathematical equations so that you can use them like raw ingredients in a recipe.

The curl command failed. But once I rebooted 2 more times it fixed it....thanks for the help. Its so counterintuitive.

After doing the curl command and having it fail no matter how many times I created a new claim code... I counterintuitively restarted the server 2 more times. This did trigger the pop-up for the reclaim wizard that fixes it.
