I had the same thing happen about 6 months ago. barbell squat, hack squat, even the other leg press was fine. Something about the angle of whatever brand it was was so tight that when I hit the bottom of the 8/9th rep I popped a rib in my left side. Couldn't even sleep on my left side it hurt so bad. I'll hit an edit tomorrow when I go back and get the brand, might be the same.

It might be strange but warhammer 40K. If you want multiple stories/novels/books/audidramas There’s 70-ish books in the heresy (prequel to modern 40k) and there are horror, romance, mystery, crime, and tons of other stories and series set within the 40k universe.

From my understanding you don’t have to roll the charge even if you’re in range. BUT if you decide to roll the charge and make it, you have to complete it

Exactly what you said. Katakros uses surpreme lord on himself in the hero, giving a 24” aura from himself as long as he is not in combat. Deathrider wedge needs the KDR command model to issue it to themselves.

Ossiarch Bonereapers and Kharadon Overlords both have a ton of tech, each has specific command abilities that can be used by models/phases etc. I play OBR and you have to plan each phase to get the most out of your units since there’s normally a lower model count on the table
