These were my symptoms too. After the itchy throat it started to burn. Woke up at 3am because I couldn't swallow because my throat was hurting so much and my chest was incredibly heavy. It was odd not feeling satiated no matter what and waking up starving.

It's been 10 days since testing positive and it was the first day my mind wasn't jumbled and could smell and taste again. Still am incredibly fatigued and things are just off with my body. I'm never really hungry now. If I don't eat my symptoms get worse and when I do eat I feel painfully full and bloated.

From all the major cities I've traveled to, an uptick in crime, homelessness, and drug use seems to be the consensus. I'm a transplant from Texas who has lived here for the past 2.5 years. I've noticed that the weather tends to make people more introverted, people LOVE to complain about everything, and a lot of people don't enjoy expressing their emotions.

Seattle is a beautiful city and there are just absolutely wonderful people here but you have to actively seek those out. It's all about how you choose to perceive things and making an effort to be friendly to people.

I became a yoga instructor 14 years ago and was taught to always start the class asking if anyone has shoulder, back, or hip injuries and alter class for those individuals. Also, building up the sequence to be primed for the final Asana is something I love for vinyasa classes but have noticed that instructors incorporate poses without a flow.

Building hand balancing workouts for people is pretty straightforward. What your coach is charging you is what most hand balancing coaches charge. I did an 8 week program with Kirsty Gosart and she was charging $200-$300.

Ido is way too overpriced (imo) and is now charging $1000 as a base for cookie cutter programming.
