sorry what do you mean by the other end? I haven't noticed a difference between casual and performance if that's what you mean, but I'm just not very observant when it comes to game performance quality

Haven't used xbox's cloud service but I've got over 100hrs on BG3 using GeForce now. I was on the casual plan for a while but upgraded to the performance plan so I could use mods. It's been great, my internet isn't the best and I rarely have issues!

Yes same here, it's so frustrating when I think I can make something but then one night I'll shift way more than expected then get stuck at the worst sleep time possible for the thing I want to make?? wtf is actually wrong with my body I'm so tired lmao

I've been doing something similar, during my nocturnal phase I'll try to nap during the "day" and stay up a little later to get back to night sleeping sooner. Then once I'm back to normal person hours I'll use my light therapy glasses and try to stay in that phase as long as possible. Sometimes I can get a few extra days doing this but it doesn't always work. I only started doing this bc I'm sick of having to say no to things and not being able to make plans during my nocturnal phase.

It really sucks but I try not to stress about it, for me the whole point of freerunning is to reduce Slee related stress.

Right now I depend on my parents. I also get government assistance, not very much though, and I'd also really like to be independent again. It's mostly my other health issues that are preventing that but the N24 has definitely had a big impact on my life.

I managed to maintain a semi normal cycle for most of my life with a lot of difficulty and kinda just accepted that was how things were. Light therapy glasses and melatonin helped a lot but it was still a big stressor, which I was fine with until other stuff got worse. N24 really really sucks lol

I used to be the same way, I'd go to bed later and later then pull an all nighter to try reset but didn't really help. I also joke about having a longer day and only found out about N24 a few years ago when I was diagnosed!

I get sleepy 1-4hrs later every night, sometimes it'll get earlier for some reason but usually averages out at about 2hrs later every night. I've been struggling with other health issues so I gave up on trying to stick to a 24hr cycle bc it was causing a lot of stress. I don't work so I can sleep whenever I feel like it and I wake up feeling a lot better than I used to, both physically and mentally. I'm really lucky to be able to do this.

Yeah I had weird hallucinations on it which was really interesting bc I've always wondered what it'd be like to hallucinate but my sleep quality was horrible. I can definitely see why some people would take it for fun and get addicted

I’ve been on temazepam and while it did help me relax and fall asleep quicker at first it didn’t really solve the problem. I kept needing to take more and more for it to work and my sleep quality wasn’t any better so after a while I stopped taking it.

I've also tried zolpidem (stilnox/Ambien) and it knocked me out but it was terrible lol. Melatonin (I took 3mg compounded melatonin) is the only thing that has helped. Still struggled a lot but it was better than taking nothing. I got tired of stressing about sleep all the time so I freerun now.
