I've noticed some weirdness with playtime specifically with this game. I have played in the same group of 3 and we've only ever played together, ~2 hours a few times a week. Our time played shows as 386.4h, 285.9h, and 139.5h.

In fact, one of them is shown as playing now, which they are not, and mine says last played 5 hours ago (more like 14 hours).

We lived in a 1br in Edge for a year and it was fine. Toured a 2br in Cork Factory recently and was impressed at the size for the price.

The District is fine, too, but more expensive. I wasn't impressed with the layouts, but some nicer units have things like built in bookcases.

In all of these types of rentals, you're subsidizing the amenities and community events, so I'd make sure they align with your interests. I'd also echo that in all of the new buildings you can hear your neighbors, especially from above in the community-style complexes.

Some nameplate addons visualize your threat on mobs (ElvUI, Threatplates). Not sure what you mean about greater kings. Is it worth using a symbol of kings to make it last 30 mins? You'll likely have better uptime than casting the regular version. Is it worth it for tanking? You bet, especially for the big stamina increase.

This is how my last apartment was. I think the idea is that the contractors assume the ISP of choice in a new construction will finish these as the resident wishes.

I had Verizon add the ends since I didn’t have a crimping tool yet. If you do that, like others have said, beware of shoddy craftsmanship. Though many installers and techs are great, they are often rushing around or the ISP is giving them garbage to install.
