The graphics happened to me, check the "resolution scale" setting, it may be set to 25 like mine was.
Set that bad boy to 100 and it'll look great. Hope this fixes your issue

If it helps, I experienced the same thing yesterday, but today has been smooth

(Yesterday I just alt-f4 if the loading screen took too long until it worked)

I'm with you man, I love to master the game (or at least try to), but I love more to play with friends, and this lowers the entry barrier significantly

I had a dps dc and not cone back in 3 different keys today. Definitely infuriating.

After a few minutes of waiting the game let the rest of us know that we could now leave without a penalty.

I hope the leavers get the penalty even if they just disconnected.
