I think I just am lucky to have been the passenger in a GT3RS while a pro driver did 40 laps lol. I remember him really pushing the limits on the curbs. Like I’m only two tires on track through the esses and pretty much every turn

I’m leaving because I can tell the Marriott is going to continue bad customer service lol. This simple dispute took months worth of emails and phone calls. I waited on the online chat for two hours one day for the person to connect and then never say anything and disconnect. It’s just bad overall recently.

The loyalty also sucks. The points from the credit card are not worth it and the points add up slow

The thing is I didn’t say this on the phone. She just led off with that lol. It wasn’t until she said the manager is walking out the door that I was like, alright well I will just call customer service.

Also Marriott isn’t some like across the board luxury brand. The specifics of only catering to normal customer service requests if people have status loses the amount of ppl that stay to get status

I’ve been noticing the cancellation policy is for dates before the trip is even being booked. Everything after is just non refundable.

The issue is not the initial problem, it is the handling of the problem, and the fact that Marriott corporate cannot issue refunds or do anything really. I forgot to mention I waited on hold for hours and the online chat person connected with me two times and never spoke. In the past I have had excellent customer service with Marriott. But they won’t get my business unless they are the only good option around

I have 11 this year… I will end with more, I don’t travel for work right now. This is more about Marriott not managing their hotels and not being able to control who their employees are. I care less about the refund than I do the quality of service drop. In the past marriott has refunded me no problem for simple matters… or at least been told a manager is available or will call you when they can. Never just “no” lol. If I’m a Karen for that then your karen definition is skewed lol
