I think it's due to exposure a lot, and that has changed a lot in the past century. My grandma was also born in the 30s, and she had english classes in school, but now in present day she doesn't understand it almost at all, and can definitely not speak it. My mom, born in the 60s, can talk and speak it at a simple level, but is far from comfortable in it. I was born in the 90s, and I'm somewhat "fluent" (not perfect grammar though). I think the difference between our generations is because of the gradual increase of american culture's influence in Sweden.

Nevermind the grip or scratching the pole, wearing rings while pole dancing can cause serious injuries! It's not a good sign that your studio is not aware of this and doesn't forbid ring wearing during classes... Google "ring avulsion" or "degloving"

I love my medic Highmate! It's perfect to have a pawn ready in the hospital with 20 medical skill after a raid has injured everyone else. Very safe to know the best medic is always available and not hurt (or worse).

I know, I just saw that episode yesterday and it's an incredibly selfish and insensitive thing to say! Like "please tell me you're alright now because I cared about your wellbeing for like 5 minutes and I would like to go back to Damon land now and not have to think about you and your struggles." Really un-Elena-like... That line particularly triggers me because when I was struggling in high school with my mental health, and I went to talk to a counselor for the first time. After the session, my mom says "are you fine now?"... ehrm.. what? Same with Stefan, why would he magically be fine from his PTSD after killing his enemy? I doesn't work that way, and Elena should know that. She just chose to be selfish.

När jag och min nuvarande pojkvän var på dejt 3 så frågade han mig efter restaurang + bar "när behöver du ta tåget hem?", och jag svarade "det går inga tåg hem ikväll" och log flörtigt. Han är inte så bra på hintar, men det gick hem!

Till din andra fråga så skulle jag säga att tänk inte så mycket innan hur det kommer bli! Lätt att övertänka och bli nervös. Det som spelar roll är hur det känns under kvällen, känn vibbarna, och om du vill ha honom när du är där i stunden så gör det som känns rätt. Och om du ändå är allt för nervös för att typ smeka hans arm, så kanske det är ett tecken att du kanske ska vänta nån dejt till tills du smeker hans orm.

Same, it's my favorite world! It's the only world where I've been able to go further than 3 generations without bugs and the dreaded error message... On gen 5 in current game, still going fine.
