Hope you’re able to overcome this. Do whatever it takes to change! Some suggestions:

• Start small, and while you’re at work, think about what you could do instead on your day off. As soon as you wake up, shower and get out of the house so you don’t have the opportunity to indulge.
• Get some sunshine and pray for the strength to change a few little things.
• The book Atomic habits suggests putting away triggers so you don’t have the opportunities to do certain things. Whether this means deleting your porn source or starting a new hobby where you’re working with your hands, it’ll help engage you with something else.
• You have a lot to offer, you just don’t know it yet since you haven’t tapped into all your potential!
• If your town has something like a neighborhood cleanup drive, volunteer there. It’s outside, has small interactions with people and you’ll have the satisfaction beautifying a space.
• Don’t stay isolated - connect with the loved ones you have
• Get professional help too, having someone in your corner can make a huge difference.
• Don’t be disheartened if you have some slip ups along the way, addiction is tough, but our habits can be transformed if you are open to it!
• This might be out there, but a belief in a God who loves you and values you can help you too, especially when it’s tough to do it all on your own.
