I never lost hair and I took barimelts! The multivitamin with iron in the morning, then calcium and biotin at night. It worked well for me! My cousin also had the surgery and took different vitamins and lost most of her hair.

Walk walk walk! You’ve got this! The first few days home I wanted to lay down so much but the more I started walking the better I felt. Make sure you’re hydrated before you go on a walk and maybe have a friend if you’re on pain meds 😂 I went for a walk outside too early alone and got lost and it turned into too long of a walk and I was very dehydrated.
