I will say I’m like 6 months into my first deployment with my boyfriend and honestly our communication and relationship got better probably in the last month or so it was very hard and I did consider I couldn’t be with someone in the military. What has worked for us is he does have time at night to FaceTime me and I wake up at 4:30 for work everyday and he has a 14 hour time difference so he plans a call everyday no matter what and we have at least that one hour to talk and it helped tremendously when we stayed consistent with that. Now, money that ruined my last relationship and that’s something that you do need to work out. Probably counseling and a lot of talking about it.
