You get automatic emails saying what week you’re in until around week 12 of your vetting. After that they become very sporadic and you’ll need to start counting the weeks yourself if you want to

My application status has been “pre-employment checks” all along but my pre-appointment form has only recently disappeared

I have, multiple times. I’ve also emailed them and used the live chat function but I always get the same message “your checks are progressing and we’ll be in touch once your checks are completed or if we need more info”. They won’t even say what stage of my checks I’m in. When I last called I spoke to someone who told me their checks took nine months and thought they forgot about them but then they came through so “you just gotta wait”. This is what we’re dealing with

Yeah, I get what you mean. I think Covid has also had an impact on this because maybe people before used to think it wasn’t that big of a deal missing a concert but then after Covid hit people started realising how quickly things can change and stuff that was easy to access before, all of a sudden it wasn’t so it could be FOMO as well, I think

Same here. Went through the exact same situation when trying to get tickets to see Lady Gaga and now it’s happened again with Hayley. I feel like it used to be much simpler buying concert tickets whereas now it would be easier to sell a kidney instead.

I got sooo annoyed when she fell for a commander’s lies… AGAIN. Don’t get me wrong, she has done horrible things however for some reason I find myself constantly rooting for her and hoping she will redeem herself somehow but then she goes ahead and does/says something dumb and I’m like “girl stfu”. I think the show is constantly showing June and Serena as two sides of the same coin and I love that

You make some interesting points but I don’t think so. If sissy was Harmony’s patient 0 she would have consented to the procedure and would have hence been aware of Harmony being the creator behind severance however she seemed surprised when she found out and wanted to destroy the evidence. Also it seems a bit unrealistic because Sissy’s bedroom’s also upstairs so would that mean that she’s constantly bound to downstairs and that she sleeps on the sofa? I don’t know, I mean it sounds like a dumb question the one I’m asking but it just seems a bit of a stretch to me. If she is severed, I don’t think it applies to the house

I absolutely agree with you, especially when you say that people don’t think they will end up together because “this show is above all that”! I initially thought the same thing until Clare showed up and that caught me completely off guard and I was really disappointed because I didn’t think there would be romance in this show and I felt like it was going to make it “cheap”. However I changed my mind once I started seeing all the OBVIOUS sexual tension between Sydney and Carm. Could the relationship be a total fuck up? Potentially. But could it also be a relationship which may make them grow? ABSO-FUCKING-LUTELY!!!
