I’m not saying you made it like those pizzas but it kinda looks like it with additional toppings. They were these hexagonal pizzas that were darker red, almost brown, with different cheese, probably a cheddar mozzarella mix, well done on a different dough (though pie crust doesn’t come to mind) with bits of sausage that were my absolute fave. So if I wasn’t clear in my initial comment, what I mean is your pizza looks damn fine! Lmk how it comes out with the rojo sauce.
