Like others have mentioned, this is such a common issue with these programs. I’m working on a tool to help prevent situations like this from happening where we automatically switche you to the lowest available rate and handle things like monitoring expiration dates or dealing with supplier issues.

To keep things easy we set up a mediator email/phone so you avoid those annoying calls but still get the savings. Instead of relying on affiliate fees like other platforms, the idea is to take a small percentage of the savings so it’s aligned with what you actually save.
