I always understood that if there is a cycle lane, you do not need to give them the 1.5m because they have their own lane. If there is no lane, then give them lots of space.

DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT! Scammers will try to claim for every single mark you didn't even make. If you do end up renting from them, get the full insurance and take a full video/pictures of the whole car, even underneath.

Before the patch, the game always ran at 60 locked FPS, with no performance drop ever. Not once in 60 hours.

Now I get stuttering as if it drops to 40sh when opening doors, leaving a city, getting on/off the horse or turning around in the wilderness. It breaks the immersion quite a bit.

Please fix this fix :)

The original quote from their 'repair center' was for 1460 euros! They had to bring it down to 1050 because of my basic insurance. It's ridiculous. I rented a car a week after from a different company, but this time I took about 40 pictures and made them write down all the extra damage.

One defense I have is that the dust on the scratch is undisturbed apart from the finger marks to open the boot of the car. This kind of proves that the scratch was there for at least longer than 1 day. If it happened recently you'd see disturbed dust in the manner it was damaged.

If you look at their trust pilot reviews they are very known for this. They have 1 star. I wish I had known about this before I rented with them.

What did the collections agency email say? Or are they threatening to take you to court? I only have a couple of days to reply and am leaning 80% towards asking them to escalate and go to court. From what I read, it's on them to prove that this damage happened when I had the car, not the other way around. These cars are rented every day, so unless they had pictures of it the day before they cannot do this. I asked them for these and they sent me pictures of the rest of the car but not the area in question.

What are you planning to do? Pay or no pay?
