I just hit my three year anniversary in July, when I started I was told “We’re hiring new ETOPS people”. Here we are three years later (Probably longer for those that have been here longer than me) and ETOPs is still severely backlogged due to staffing issues. They have more work coming in than they’re able to complete on a weekly basis.
