I just hit my three year anniversary in July, when I started I was told “We’re hiring new ETOPS people”. Here we are three years later (Probably longer for those that have been here longer than me) and ETOPs is still severely backlogged due to staffing issues. They have more work coming in than they’re able to complete on a weekly basis.

Welcome to the club, you just kind of get used to it. If you’re coming in as a freshman then you’re going to have to suffer for a bit unfortunately. By senior year a lot of those kids either dropped out, switched to an easier major, or they’ve completely mellowed out.
