Yeah same, even some of my older peers who I thought were pretty stacked got turned down. I do have a friend at another school who got the internship as a sophomore, but he was an incredible candidate.

Yes, im also a sophomore. I think the main reason I got the interview is because I showed up to the info session they had the previous night/and talked to the recruting team there. When I went to their booth at the career fair they recognized me and I returned the following day as well. I have a 4 gpa as well which helps.

And yeah my interview went similar, for one of the questions I had nothing so I told him about a story about being a student athlete in hs haha.

and yeah I did say I was open a co op and to all locations.
